Hi, I am new here, so I hope I am placing my query where I am supposed to. I was working for a company that used to pay me in cash and at times via RTGS. Incentives were mostly in cash. It was a consultancy for overseas education based in Delhi. I used to take home around ₹75,000 plus incentives every now and then. Now, I am switching to a bigger role in a larger organization where HR and other departments are functional. They have offered me a package of approximately ₹8.25 lakh per annum. I need to submit my salary slip if they ask for it from my previous company, which we never received. I need a breakup of ₹9 lakh per annum with no tax liability. Nothing was structured in my previous company, though we were compensated well. I am keen on the new offer as they are thorough professionals.

We receive incentives, which are commissions on the revenue generated. $70K used to be the salary, and the rest was incentive. These kinds of payment plans are common in overseas education and immigration companies since they also receive payment in cash during the initial stage of the process.
Thank you.

Maybe I do not deny, you can make the salary slip as per your new salary breakup; kindly amend it according to your needs. However, without tax liability, it is difficult. Secondly, did you deposit the cash received to the bank on a monthly basis to justify your net take-home salary?
