2. Is experience a must for these courses?
3. Is there a noticeable difference in the attitude adopted by the employer at the time of job seeking towards a regular or a DLP programme?
4. How successful are satellite programmes in India?

I am new to this forum. Even though I have some queries like you, I have 2 years of experience working as an HR Executive. I want to pursue an Executive MBA or Part-time MBA in HR. I would like to know if there are any institutes or colleges in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai that offer this program.
