Dear all,

I'm a final year BSc HRM student at the University of Sri Jayewardenapura, Sri Lanka, and I am going to conduct research on women's work-life balance. This is my first time conducting research, so please help me by providing any sample research related to my topic.

Thank you in advance! 🌟

Dear Sharmila,

Please do not ask for sample projects on the topic. Search the web for information on WLB and see how the researchers have approached the task. Also, kindly look at my posts on Work-Life Balance, Research Methodology, and MBA Projects at CiteHr. The difference between an MBA project and a BSc project is in the originality and the rigor required in executing the research and writing up the report.

Have a nice day.

Dear Sharmila,

I have to do the same as you: search CiteHR using the "Advanced Search Facility" using the keywords. I did this by clicking on "Search" in the blue bar at the top and found https://www.citehr.com/128857-work-life-balance-2.html. If you use "Work-Life balance" as the search term, you will find many posts.

Good luck,

Hi Sir,

I am a final year MBA student and I am planning to work on a project focusing on "Quality of Work-Life Balance." Could you please share some sample projects related to this topic with me? Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a new pattern of questionnaire associated with this subject.

Thank you in advance.

Dear Sarani,

Sorry, I do not have ready-made projects. Even if I had, I would not send it as it is unethical. You need to search the web, read extensively about the topic, and then form your questionnaire by adapting what others have done. There is more joy in studying and working by oneself, and it will help you more in the long term.

Have a nice day.

I am a final year student studying HR, and I have to do a research project. I am considering researching working moms. Would you mind suggesting a topic on the same, please? Also, do you think it is worthwhile to conduct research on working moms, and if so, is it suitable? Please advise.

Thank you.
