We are just a day away from our HR meet, and the response so far has been very positive. The enthusiasm from your end only makes us motivated enough. Thanks to all those who have shown interest. All details pertaining to the event are below for your information.
Time: 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Venue: Karnataka Sangha School, No.111 Habibullah Road, T Nagar, Chennai.
This place is at a walkable distance from Valluvar Kottam. TIME institute (which coaches people on CAT and other MBA entrance tests) regularly conducts classes at this venue, and any auto driver in the area will be able to guide you to this school.
Agenda:
- A brief introduction from all to set the ball rolling for the day.
- A couple of management training activities and discussion on subsequent learnings from it, thus breaking the ice.
- Address by Mr. Shekhar Arora, VP - HR of Ashok Leyland on "What every HR Manager must do in the 21st Century."
- Open discussion forum where current HR issues are brought up to the audience, and ways to resolve are discussed.
- The way ahead and actionables pertaining to future meets will be discussed.
There will be a participation fee of Rs. 75 (Seventy-five only). Payment may be made at the time of attending the meet.
