Why are Rajasthan HR professionals not taking initiative in forming a group where we can share openings, discuss various issues, etc.? I have created a group on Orkut for all HR professionals in Rajasthan named "HR Rajasthan." All corporate HR professionals and consultant HR professionals are welcome to join the group.

It's been ages since I was last active here on CiteHR, but something in my HR department came up that brought me back to seek answers here!
