All the slides point to only one thing: Injuries have more to do with behavioral psychology rather than lack of expertise. The tendency to save time and effort is the root cause of accidents leading to fatalities. Nice presentation!

Thanks - we do workshops on how to change the behavior of people to work safely, and this will be good to open with maybe. The problem is that we introduce management systems and supervision, but people still act unsafely - it needs to change from within. Our program is very exciting, and we see the results at our clients' workplaces.
