I work in the private construction sector. We have more than 150 laborers. Still, we have not taken the labor license. We don't know about the labor license. Could you please explain the importance of a labor license? :icon5:

Hi Sethu Tell me about your location. Labour license has to done from labour office of particular region. With out labour license nobody has to engage in any kind of labour activity. Jeeva

Let the labourers be anywhere in India. I hope your business is engaged only in Tamil Nadu, right. So, approach the labor department that belongs to your area and get the license immediately.
Moreover, you should also apply for ESI and PF.
