I've completed my summer project (MBA) on the topics of Attrition and Retention in the Hotel Industry, and I'm in the process of preparing my project report. However, there is a doubt, and I want it clarified by all of you. I've managed to find attrition rates of various sectors as an overview for my introduction section. However, I'm confused about whether the data is accurate. Hence, kindly suggest which is the correct one for the current period from the two mentioned below in the attached document.
