I am a student pursuing MBA in PM & HRD. From September 1, 2009, I need to do a project in an IT company as part of an internship. The topic given to me is "HR DIPSTICK STUDY."
I am at a fix as I don't know what a dipstick study is all about. Any members who know about it or have done a dipstick study, please apprise my knowledge and suggest some books that I can study to do my project successfully.
