Opinion on Hiring Workers on Contract
We wish to have your opinion on hiring workers on a contract for 9 months and then completely replacing them. Every 9 months, workers shall be replaced by new workers from the same contractor. The contractor shall not change. This process shall apply to new workers who join, while other workers in the same contract, who have been working from the start, will not be replaced. Please let us know the legal implications of this system and the feasibility of implementing it.

Please also give your opinion on giving a part of the ongoing manufacturing process for piece-rate job work to a contractor.
