Thank you very much for the inputs. I work for a life insurance company. I have chosen the topic "Relationship Management" to present to all the trainers at the Train The Trainer event scheduled for the 23rd of this month.
Sir, the Alternate Channel consists of Banks, Brokers, Corporate Agents (regional/national). I want to emphasize the relationship levels with each partner/channel. Mind Share, Mind Recall, Service, learning stage, etc., with appropriate visuals (audio/video) so that trainers can go back to their respective locations and empower the sales team on Relationship Management with Channels.
