I understand what criteria to be used to make a salary comparison, but I want to know what compensation and benefits, pay are offered by other companies in the same cadre.
For example, for the position of a planning engineer, the salary is AED 10,000. I want to know how much the salary is that other companies offer for this position along with other compensation and benefits.
It's simply to say, how to make benchmarking?
Are there any consulting firms that offer salary survey results in Dubai?
If anyone knows about this, kindly help...
