Very true! But how many bosses will accept if we say they are wrong. By the time we are through, we are out. Another approach is the words used and the body language. One of my bosses, when I joined the company and made a mistake, said - "I did not expect this from you." It hurt me in a different way because he had high expectations from me, and I did not deliver to his expected level. If he had said that I had done a bad job, I would have just given him the damn. Words used made the difference.
