Can anybody tell me what the usual steps are to manage attendance online? For instance, if we are using swipe cards for tracking attendance, how do we keep the record?
I have been going through the postings, but at this point, our organization would not be interested in purchasing any attendance tracker system. It would be beneficial if anybody could provide me with a step-by-step guideline.
I also need details on the online leave management system.

As mentioned earlier, we are not willing to spend any money on third-party services. I need your guidance through a detailed, step-by-step process.
