Dear Shalu,
This is Nivedita here. I have completed my MBA in HR and Marketing and have 4 years of experience in HR. Recently, I was working for Reliance Communications as an HR Executive (approximately 2 years). I also have exposure to SAP-HR (MYHRMS, E-Recruitment, SAP, as an End User).
I had to leave the job in December for personal reasons as my mother was unwell and was admitted to Jaslok and Tata Memorial hospitals.
Currently, I am facing challenges in finding a suitable job. Please help me out. I have attached my resume for your reference.
My current CTC is 3 L. Expected salary is negotiable. I have 3.8 years of experience in HR and 1.5 years of experience as an SAP end-user with 6 months of implementation expertise in enterprise structure.
Qualification: MBA - HR (full-time).
Previous organization: Reliance HR Services (Reliance ADAG Company).
