Hi,
I am working in a Big MNC. Prior to this company, I was working in an Indian reputed company and received good recognitions from them. Upon leaving this Indian company, I obtained my relieving/experience letter.
Before the Indian company, I worked in a Bombay-based company for nearly 2.5 years. I had a good relationship with all the managers, colleagues, and clients. When I received an offer from the Indian company, I joined them without my experience and relieving letter, as it was urgent. I provided only a resignation acceptance letter, which the new company accepted. I did not contact my previous company for the experience and relieving letter.
Upon joining this MNC, they requested my previous company's experience and relieving letter. I informed them that I have the proper relieving documents from my ex-employer, but not from my first employer.
The MNC conducted a background verification and confirmed that the details I provided about my first employer were accurate. They asked me to join their company.
I am in need of my experience letter and relieving letter from my first employer. I discovered that my first company has been acquired by another major company.
I have sent numerous emails to the Branch HR and Head Office HR of my first company where I worked from 2002 to 2004, offering to pay the notice period amount they request, with the only requirement being my experience and relieving letter. However, due to the significant time that has passed, I have not received any response from the Branch and Head Office HR. Additionally, I learned that my first company has been acquired by another company.
What should I do to obtain my first company's relieving and experience letter?
Please help with this, as it is very urgent.
Regards,
VSK
