Hello everyone,

This is Shrenik. I am a commerce graduate, having graduated two years ago. I wish to make a career in HR (and Industrial Psychology later). Right now, I am unable to decide which one to choose among the following two options (Considering that I am also interested in Industrial Psychology):

1. A post-graduate degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PMIR) OR
2. An MBA degree in HR.

How can I get into Industrial Psychology later? (HR and IP are two very related fields, if I am not wrong). Your guidance will be very much valuable and helpful.

Thank you.

Hi,

I would suggest going for PMIR instead of an MBA since you are planning to pursue a career in Industrial Psychology. An MSc in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial Psychology is also a good option.

All the best,
