I am working in an IT company, and my salary has been pending for the last 6 months. Now, they have decided to lay off all the employees, and the management has chosen to dismiss all the employees without any payment. Is there any legal action that can be taken against the company...

Yes, you can take legal action, but why were you waiting for the last 6 months? Please file a case under the Payment of Wages Act 1936, Section 15(3) for delayed payment. This will be filed with the Labour Department, and there is also a provision for a 10 times penalty.
