Actually, I am very new to this field. It's just the starting point of my career, so I don't know anything about MIS. Is the procedure to prepare MIS the same for every company? What are the things that come under MIS?

Hi sweety, tell me in what areas you need ideas and suggestions on MIS so that I can provide you with exact information.

MIS comes in various forms, sweetie. You can maintain a separate MIS for Recruitments, T&D, Appraisal, and Attrition. You can also create a central database for each employee. Currently, I am adding two Excel forms for the leave report and a general update format. Please email me your email ID so that I can keep sending the various MIS forms. The two forms attached are for tracking employee leaves and generating a general HR report for reporting purposes.

Dear friends,

Are there any legal limitations that prevent us from providing a running pay scale to an employee when hiring them on a contract basis or fixed tenure, even though we are offering a salary higher than the minimum wage?
