Hai Riki
You can ask your company to sponsor for MBA with HR specialisation in some reputed institutions. I ask the company to sponsor because they only had transfered you to this department. Moreover you can also do some courses like PG Diploma in human resource management. Browse through the net to find good reputed and ranked institutes.

Hi,
I feel nothing is better than full time MBA program, but in your case it may not be possible, so I'll suggest to go for a part time MBA course or join Executive MBA from a good institute in your city.
Distance learning courses, no matter how good they sound will not add much value in your career as well as to your resume.
SO, try and attend executive course.
All the best for whatever you chose to do.
Cheers
