Dear all,

I am Deepali, working as an HR Officer with an event management company. I need to know the process of induction. I have newly joined this company and observed that there has been no induction program before. I want to create one for new joiners as well as old employees. I would like to know how to start it and, after presenting the company, what other activities can we incorporate to make it enjoyable and educational. I am a little confused. I have collected some PowerPoint presentations introducing our company and its policies. Please advise me on how to present these to my boss. Initially, he only asked me to focus on induction for new joiners, but I suggested including older employees as well since it hasn't been done before. He agreed with me. Now, I have to present everything to my boss and, if he asks me to conduct the program, how should I present it to the entire staff?
