My company (Telecom Product Development Company) is planning to retrench 20 people. Please let me know:

1. The retrenchment process.
2. Do we need to pay Severance pay?
3. Do I need to send a notice to the Government Body?
4. What would be the retrenchment amount I need to pay to the employee, and how do I calculate it?
