Dear All,

I am currently working with a software organization in the HR Department, and I am responsible for all types of IT and non-IT recruitment for the organization.

On Monday, I have to go for an interview (I am looking for a change). The job is with one of the very big organizations. I am seeking advice on how to prepare myself for the interview so that I can secure the job. I am looking for something different, what questions will I be asked in a related recruitment interview?

I am looking forward to hearing back from you with your valuable suggestions.

Thanks and Regards,
Ankush

Hi Ankush,

Since you have specialized in recruitment, make sure you are thorough with your numbers. For example, they might ask you about your hiring percentage, actual joinees, attrition rate, etc. In short, I would suggest you go through your hiring numbers for the past six months. Kindly also refer to the various sources you have used for recruitment and the percentage share from each.

Wishing you all the very best.

Regards,
Tejasvi
