I'm working for a BPM (Business Process Management) company. In our company, we follow a system where incentives are paid only to regular employees and not to employees in the probation period. However, I have identified an employee who is performing as well as the regular employees. Therefore, I recommended her for the incentive, and it was approved with the condition of making her a regular employee. My boss has asked me to provide an appreciation letter and a letter stating that based on her performance, we are transitioning her to regular staff one month ahead of her confirmation. This is intended to demonstrate that performance will be rewarded and encourage others to perform well.
Please provide me with a format as this is very urgent.
