Director of HR and Talent Development is requested for 2 LHW in Ukraine
THE HOTELS:
Located in Kiev Ukraine, opened in 2006 and consists of 138 rooms. Currently the hotel is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World.
The hotel’s facilities consist of:
- One main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Banquet facilities for 150-200 guests, a day spa, business center, a casino which is leased out, and lobby bar.
Located in Donetsk Ukraine and consists of 129 rooms and suites. The hotel is also a member of LHW.
It consists of:
- An Italian restaurant, an Asian restaurant, a brasserie, and an international cuisine restaurant which doubles up as a banquet room
- A lobby lounge and a bar
- Other facilities consist of a casino, spa and fitness center, and meeting facilities for up to 150 persons.
Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is a key member of the Executive Committee, who will establish and assume responsibilities for developing training systems and processes as well as performance systems across the organization. The individual will be based in one hotel but will oversee both properties.
This job requires a strong HR and in particular training background, the ideal candidate will be expected to prepare and carry out training programs, assist in succession planning, identify high potentials.
On an ongoing basis, he/she should review and amend HR policies and procedures in place.
Manage and participate in manpower planning and above all focus on identifying a planned career framework for operational managers and staff in guest contact areas to create improved service efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in 5-star luxury properties, must be European and speak a minimum of English. The candidate should demonstrate an extensive training background and course development.
