Can anyone help me to write a letter or provide a sample letter for me as a reference? I need to write a letter to my staff member who has been dismissed for being absent for three consecutive days without giving any notice.

I need to inform him that he is not entitled to his salary.

Dear Ms. Adrina,

Your reference has the following issues:

1. Has the employee been issued an appointment letter with terms and conditions regarding leaves and absenteeism written therein? If so, please try to follow the terms so as not to entangle yourself in legal hassles.

2. Is he an office staff or a factory worker?
