Alway you ask for you only. You are no one to ask for the entire team. If you give a consolidated application it can be considered as MUTINY. Please do not be a prey to such unwanted activities, which will spoil your entire growth in that organisation.
Please think 100 times before doing any drastic action. Please approach personally and demand/request for the Bonus for employees and Monthly Salary slip in proper way. Your act should not hurt the HR People. They must have the feeling that eventhough you are asking for your right, you are requesting them means surely the negative people also will think to act and do something positive.
Make sure that our act should not make others to feel irritated, which will become a great obstacle for our social life.
