Outsourcing business it at boom from the last decade and increasing with chain of networks getting common globally. Along with the opportunity of business, things comes with threats as well which need to be checked regularly.
The focus need to be on contractor labour regulation and abolition act primarily as in cases mostly the negligence is done by contractors and principal employer has to deal with its severity. Regular audits, cost of compliance and its need with effectiveness is required. Maintaining structured human resource information can be discussed. Increased awareness due to various government initiative by pushing information technology and going paperless can be discussed as well.
