Dear Mr. Dinshan97,
Do you know that any contract simply put is illegal and considered as non-legal as enforced on employees for the organization benefit. Contracts are considered as null, void and invalid because of the fringes in violating laws.
A legal point mentions, a Contract is invalid if it is acquired under coercion/ duress. -- Even if the employee had wilfully signed it, the physical or any other means of harm caused might be a archetypal threat to an organization. The fact is try to be practical and realistic by extending a year contract or an ascertain contract with 11 months would definitely not help any employer being safe (might raise incongruity) for the employee & employers future as well.
Instead, you may type in clauses - Non-disclosure, Misrepresentation, Confidentiality etc. Employees would be happily working rather than abstracted and depleted.
Note: A contract is meant to be a pester against the law (illegitamacy).
