Forms In Excel 2007 - Jpg Download

in excel 2003 in the data menu as a drop down menu we are able to generate forms for the excel table we have entered with with columns as title.
I tried to do it in excel 2007. But i could not.
is it possible in excel, if so how can i generate such form.
