Hi Binu,
'
I feel this is the best thing for each and every company must do in there organization. The head of the company should find time to interact with each and every employees under him. Mostly no one is trying to find out or even know the people lower than them in designation.
So I hope this coffee time would be the best time for all to know about every ones suggestions and problems in the company and then about work also.

Hi Binu,
Its a very nice idea and as a reference for the company benefit and for further finds of the person through body language you can also make a small video of each person with a professional touch.

Dear Babu,
I would like to share my experience with you as it is similar to yours. I am in a growing co. and started the process with a name "HR-Employee Meet". Trust me it was really hard to find out the employees view in initial months. But gradually the confidence of employees in HR was developed & now they share each & every thing with me. It has changed the work environment of my co.
It really works.
