Dear Mr.Varsha,

I always learnt from my mistakes and even today i can evaluate myself. This is a skill and takes time for a person to reach this stage.

I forgot to mention a beautiful point in my earlier post. Thanks for calling me senior but there is nothing like JUNIOR or SENIOR. I beleive in MATURITY and PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE which helps individual to gain TRUE KNOWLEDGE and act SMART. "If we senior/elders learn to apologe with juniors/youngsters then juniors/youngster will follow the same" There is no age limit for apologizing with anybody nor for acquiring knowledge. Whatever we had learnt in our career/life, its nothing but what we acquired from those individuals holding REAL TIME EXPERIENCE and EXPOSURE in relevant/multiple domain.

Knowledge is a light that leads to wisdom. It is life for one's soul and fuel for one's character.

Our soul should be like the sun, radiating light and hope. Our heart should be filled with tenderness, virtue, benevolence and a geneuine love for spreading goodness to all those that are connected to it.

Will write more in my next post. I am getting late for morning prayers. Have a wonderful day.

With profound regards.

Dear Mr.Khadir
Actually in PREVIOUS post you only said "APOLOGIZING, THANK GOODNESS and FORGIVENESS are the three best habits which every Human being should possess".
As you said early don't apologize juniors and seniors..then y u said sorry to me?..From you only i have Learned..Yes i know there is no Age limit or Barriers to gain Knowledge. What we are learning is better than How we are learning...
Have a nice day

Dear Mr. Varsha,
You got my point.

Yes, i admit that i told you not to apologize because you were trying to explain me something, the way you felt about it. I was apologizing because i wanted to calm you down. I had a point to convey you POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE(PERCEPTION LEVEL, THOUGHTS) but you were trying your best to make me understand whatsoever others many feel. According to human psychology i had noted that among two individuals, when there is an argument/debate which has no peaceful ending, a wise person will always apologize(even if he is not wrong) to end the argument peacefully. Later, the other person will come to know what went wrong and what will his actual role which he should have admitted the same.

If i wouldn't have apologize, i could have desperately failed to make you realize the BENEFITS OF POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE(PMA). Majority of world's population thing NEGATIVE as they are not aware of the benefits of PMA. One can have total control on his/her brain if he/she practice PMA, can handle stress and work under pressure as well.

The day our knowledge becomes our WISDOM, we shall become WISE.

Well, you will learn more in due course of time. Ensure that you get along with those who are practicing PMA for best results, else you will be mis-guided because this is major issue with all those individuals thinking NEGATIVE.

Hey, we will keep improving our knowledge database but what about Mr. Lakhsmi'S PPT. Is she going to post the same or not.

Have a nice day...

With profound regards

Dear Ms. Varsha
Yes i do believe in what you did. Everyone needs to accept their mistake when they are WRONG. I would say that, you were not rude but you were thinking NEGATIVE. Start practicing POSITIVE THINKING and experience the benefits of PMA. One has to learn how to gain self Total control. Its a big challenge for me as i am implementing the same in my organisation as we have around 1500 employees.
Our debate will come to an end but our debate for acquiring knowledge will remain open till our last breath where I may replace you and vice versa.
Keep posting resourceful information and share knowledge as much as you can. Perhaps i may learn more out of you.
Good luck in all your endeavours.
With profound regards

Dear Mr. Vinay Kumar
I hope you didnt had time to read what information me and Ms. Varsha had exchanged.

I suggest you to develop READING SKILLS that is a remedy for developing PATIENCE LEVEL. For your kind information we haven't violated any norms pertaining to this website.

Moreover, please don't act like INDIAN POLICE who always visited the site after everything is over. Its habitual for INDIAN POLICE. I mean to say you could have stopped us yesterday itself.

TEACHING, TRAINING, PREACHING IS EASY JOB BUT PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION IS A VERY DIFFICULT JOB.

Don't we have freedom to discuss anything? I don't understand why are you stopping us from commenting on certain topic. Its just a debate(we are not exchanging physical blows) which will enable to express or share information which is not confined to oneself. Please do think positively and we all need to be open minded if we really wish to acquire true knowledge. This is the process for understanding certain information, which needs thorough analysis.

Hope i am not wrong. Please do give a thought on my views. You are welcome to comment anything. You can test my patience level and whatever you wish you can......

Lets enjoy our life yaaaaaaaaaaaaar.
