Dear Folks, I am currently working as HR in a manufacturing company in Delhi, Here no rule are followed and now i want to implement all the acts and compliance, so I request you to help me that which compliances and acts should be consider for same.

First of all you will have to do an HR audit. This will lead you to know what all are the non compliances and which are the areas where you have to give more attention. You can take the attached template to do the audit. Further instructions will follow from us.
