Hi seniors,
I am an HR Executive in a software firm in kochi. I have joined in June 2007, soon after my mBA. I am the only HR person here & takes care of the whole HR activities in the orgn.
Now, I am designing a career growth plan for the staff in my office & therefore I would also like to desgn a carrer chart for myself. Kindly give me some tips / sample career growth chart at the earliest.

thirdly, after then see where you stand.
if you want more to develop your skills then go ahead
then u can make your carrer path.
you see whether it is good to work oin this company, whre your carrer stands et.

1. Trainee/Assistant
2. HR Executive
3. Senior HR Executive
4. Assistant Manager-HR
5. Deputy Manager-HR
6. Manager HR
7. Senior Manager-HR
8. Assistant GM-HR and so on..
