Hello seniors.
I am syed from a small village, I had done my engineering with the compulsion of my parents, but I am really excited and more interested to work with people . I am computer science engineering graduate want to start my career in Hr. I personally feel working in IT as a developer is not my cup of tea. So now I am working as a teacher in small matriculation school. I have heard from lot of MBA graduates regretting for doing MBA part time as they are saying that doing MBA part time is really in valid. If we want to do MBA part time we should have relevant experience in this field. I tried to apply lot of
internships still getting rejected for being an engineering graduate. All I end up getting consultancy offers that offers very low pay and I also heard that doing job in consultancy will narrow down my career growth.
What can I do to enter in to hr field? and should I start working in consultancy firm to gain experience ?
I am really in a very confused state and I need solid guidance. With solid hope and belief I am posting this post. Please help me to find my career path.
Because of my family situation I will not be able to do my MBA in top B school. All I can do is part time MBA.
I request the seniors to help me sorting out this confusion and guide to right path to achieve in this field.
I had attended career guidance too she is also guiding to get admission in B school which is impossible for the people like me!!!
Recently I have an offer from consultancy in Bangalore should I take and start my career?
Regards
Syed
