Hi Everyone
My friend who is a UK citizen, has a web developing company in UK. He has employees working remotely from India.
Problem: His clients give him different tasks & jobs. Whatever is produced by his developers is not not accepted by his clients and the client asks for partial refund or not to continue contract. Due to which his company is loosing clients & business, time and money.
What is the process to be followed in IT companies in such situations? What deterrent should be given to employees?
