Pls let me know if a new HR can sign Company's old document that is to be given to the employee. As it is a startup Company, the enterpreneur did not give Salary slip to employees.

If the documents does not contain any legality or Statutory, then there is no harm. Signing a Pay Slip which is perfect as per your knowledge will not harm. But why do the employees require the old pay slips, if at all it is required on case to case basis you can give the present Pay Slips.
