What is the process to be followed to welcome a new joinee such that his joining experience is a pleasant one.

1. you get some details filled up by the new joinee about his life .for eg ..any memeorable exp , wrok exp, birthday ..family background ..bla bla ..you can ask as amny questions about his/her life that he/she would like to share or you can preparea set questionaire...then get her photo scanned.Add all thse details in a beautul manner in your mail with her photo and sendout to your entire staff. This way the whole company will get to know about her joing...Also you may ask the new joinee during the induction to go the few emplopyeesof the organization adn chat wiht them for few minutes asking who an spare 5-10 minutes.On retuning ask him about the questions he asked from your old employees .This way he will shed away soem shyness and will get some infor about the company in his own way.
