Sir my CTC is 1.80 lack yearly and I am getting approx. 25-30 thousand incentives per month .I am eligible for esi or not ?

amount in master roll and pay register matters for entitlement in ESIC, if its below 15000 per month, then eligible
wait for new notification date of implementation , it may cover a higher scale salary holder also
