Dear Team, I have a critical situation & i don't know what can i do, here as my problem" actually i have joined a hotel in march 2019 as a HR executive and my increment time is after 6 month but today they give a condition for appraisal that your appraisal will be doing by all of other head of department's member according to their marking for you. If anyone suggest for this problem please suggest and tell about it to me "who will doing appraisal of an HR"?

In normal your immediate Superior (HR Manager or above) is supposed to evaluate your performance for the period under review. However if your job role involves co-ordination with all department heads in terms of HR related tasks, the opinion of other department heads can be sought like how far you are addressing and clearing their queries/requirement within the stipulated time frame. However final approval process is purely your immediate Supervisor/dept head's call.
