------Sexual Harassment at Workplace Complaint Once Lodged/Submitted - Withdrawal Request Permissible or Not------
" What if " the Aggrieved Woman-Employee- Complainant submits her Sexual Harassment at Workplace Complaints / Allegations thru email, but at a later date, Requests in Writing that he wants to withdraw her said SH Complaints and does not want to pursue her SH Complaint.......???
Our Standpoint is that in No Cicumstance, the Internal Committee of the concerned Establishment, to whom the said SH Complaint Should not "Allow" or "Permit such Requests for "Withdrwal of the SH Complaint and proceed with the Prescribed Action-Steps stated under Sections- 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13 of the SHWW (P,P &R) Act 2013 and the SHWW (P,P &R) Rules 2013.

If it really has happened then it should not be withdrawn but to be acted on immediately. Are you a victim of workplace sexual harassment? You might even be confused about where to draw the line between tough management and harassment. People in this kind of situation often blame themselves to be delusional or paranoid. They give their superiors the benefit of the doubt and convince themselves that it’s just a tough working environment. But the truth is, sexual harassment in the workplace is nothing new.
For employees to report hidden problems like sexual harassment in the workplace, YourSafeHub is an anonymous reporting platform. It provides employees with a way of reporting these sensitive problems without fear and the company can handle them without prejudice.
