Dear All,
The trend of labor issues / unrest are changing in our country , earlier wage increase , long term settlement , inter union rivalry was the main issue but in last 5 to 10 years the industrial scenario has changed completely as we have seen external forces / outsiders are creating nuisance among labours and try to show their importance and then negotiating with the employers / management with their vested interest.
How can we take corrective and preventative action to avoid such unwanted pressure and minimize / control their negation power and increase the welfare of the workforce ???
Kindly put your thoughts !
Regards

Sir ,
Refer your burning practical IR concern of today's industry ,We will have to make several proactive measures to avoid such kind of IR issues at factory . These things may be such as , enhancement of the Training or awareness of blue collar workmen on Industrial Relation , timely compliance's , salary distribution as per act and on time and permanent & contract labour engagement ratio should have between 65-35% .
Also open communication at all level will play vital role to keep external person away from the organization .
Please find the attachment of very good article on changing faces of IR.
