Greeting to all Seniors,
Regarding with the same above conversation now i required your strong moral support and suggestion as i am loosing my confidence because what ever the work given my director i am unable to complete because one of my senior manager is targeting me i don't know why. I am doing my work as per the instruction of director but he is not letting me to do.
An i cant put across the issue to my director also because he have never told me to co ordinate or report to him, but as i am new to the company what ever the work is given to me it is one or other way linked with him and if it is not linked also he is involving.Now a days he have started to shout and show me down in-fort of my colleagues.
Please help me... i am very worried..
