Respected sir/madam, One of my employees expired on 12/01/2022. when he is on leave but ECR did not mention his name, but we updated his last working day as an exit date 07/12/2021 and the reason is death away from service. I would like to ask a question the deceased member of his family didn't get EDLI insurance benefit is they get a EDLI bonus ???
