Hello everyone,
Please I need help on pro rating my staff leave days. They resumed in April this year and are entitled to 15 working days as leave per year.
Kindly help me on how to calculate their pro rated leave days.

If you divide the total entitled leave i.e. 15 days with 12 months you will get 1.25 leave per month since the employee has joined in April his/her entitlement for leave for the rest 9 month will be 11.25 leaves.
