Dear Muksarun,

Conflicts are not well-bred and they are Loutish. Instead of concluding a solution hitherto complaints made of a team on a Head or any one in specific, an HR or the concerned authority looking into such issues should respond by taking a written complaint from the members and do a thorough exploration to get to the core of this issue. You need to probe the Team (members) on what basis is the dispute started.

There are certain techniques that can help you resolve such varaince without heart feelings --

- Confront the issue- Apparently, the source of conflict must have been originated intial toone person wihin the team, find out what is the need of such involvement. The HR needs to show a slight criticsm to inflate if such person is shown fault in the situation

- Induvidual View - Call the team members seperately and ask each of them to represent the issue on the paper to check the propinquity. This will establish an understanding on to the issue. The same had to be followed by the Head on whome the complaint was raised.

- Fair assessment- Who-so-ever is at fault being all employees of your organization, a fair practise to self decree should be adapted. May be a need to councel the HOD and the team would sometimes be good to resolve this otherwise.

- Strengthen your employees- Doesn't matter if you had to sit with induvidual, ensure every member is encouraged to maintain integrity to work for a better result orientation.

- Conduct training- To get along and work as one requires extra upsurge, therefore, conduct a meeting kind of training or an outing to restore the strength of such team and its Head along with members.

The above should take a 3-4 day time in enhancing team and pep-talk for setting their disturbing minds.
