Dear all,
I need some clarification in PF. My Father is an employee in private company.He has appointed in the company at the age of 48yrs. now his age is 64yrs. still he is continuing in the same company. Being the employee will he get his benefit from provident fund? please guide me.

If he is member of PF he will get Withdrawal benefit .No special benefit being senior citizen. If is menber of pension fund For at least 10 yrs he can get pension after 58 yrs.

He can continue to be member of the provident fund whereas he ceased to be the member of pension fund after 58 years but can claim pension benfit while still continuing his employment.
