Dear chirag, It is easy, if you generate txt file by e-returns tool than when you feed basic wages than you go direct voluntary share column its near ncp days.

but in our establishment :
employee staff deduction 20% employer add 20%
workerdeduction12% employer add 12%
you suggest that add in voluntary share but its only for employee not for employer deduction

what you want actual i unable to understand.PF act and rule same for all we can not change according our own choice, simply if you give 12% of basic like 10,000 basic) 1200(12%) 659 (3.67%) and 541 (8.33%) this is e-return calculation.

Dear Chirag Shah,
If you use the third party software like epf management software 4.0 all your problems will be solved. The software can be downloaded from the following website NexTech Software Solutions, Software Development, Website Designing
direct link for software - www.nextechss.com/epf40installer.exe

The definition of contribution is contribution of an employee is equal to the contribution payable by an employer. Employer can restirct the contributions for the wages Rs.6500/- ie. Rs.780/- (12% of Rs.6500/-) and deduction from employee is Rs.780/- Other option employee can contribute over and above 12% as voluntary contribution and employer will pay 12% for Rs.6500/-. Next option both employee and employer can pay over and above 12% and the employer cannot discriminate the contibutions member to member such as staff and worker since all are employees and rule is same for both
