I have done my MBA in Ignou and am currently working as a recruiter . I am looking forward to take up SAP hr courses. Kindly guide me to select a institute. Also guid me what would be my chances of securing a career in SAP.

In my co. we do have SAp but not for HR.
I also want to persue SAP HR courses.

Hi,
As a fresher you should not do SAP HR. It requires atleast 3-4 years domain experience. You should have practical experience of implementing HR. there are many institutes available in market but as a Govt Institution C-DAC is good. They have full time 40 days course charges 40K.But no gurantee that you will get a job in SAP-HR once you finish the course.You have to slog to secure a job of a Functional Consultant.

Germany based company incorporated in 1972 by five IBM programmists. Different versions of SAP are available in Market like 3.00 4.6 and 6.00
