Employee of a company is traveling to Canada on a work visa and will continue to work for his current organization from home. What is the process for calculating or adjusting his PF deduction? and In accordance with his work visa permit, what laws would apply?

Is the Company deputing the Employee to Canada for their Projects ? or Employee is travelling on his own call ?
In whatsoever case as long as the employee continue to be on Indian rolls of the Company, PF to be deducted on earned Basic+DA and should be remitted to his PF account.
